Draft Angle

Analyze the draft angle of objects

Steps:

1. Select the objects to analyze.

It will show the mold direction. By default is CPlane Z Axis. (Purple Gumball)

2. Set the minimum angle:

3. Move dynamically the gumball dragging the purple sphere.

You can set a normalized direction using the buttons:

We can set the vector on the normal direction on our model:

4. This tool allows to save the mold direction:

You can change the colors clicking on the circle icon. Click on the color and select a new one. It will be saved in RhinoMold Settings.

By default, this command uses a low quality mesh to work faster. If you need more precision, please select a new one in the list:
